How to use this page

We compiled the questions prospects ask most often during pulse reviews and onboarding. Read through before submitting an enquiry — it saves a round trip and helps you assess whether our sprint model fits your organisation.

Is Pulse Vertex a health app, SaaS platform or do you guarantee ROI?

No on all three. Pulse Vertex is a professional performance marketing agency registered in Singapore (UEN 202529481N). We plan and execute client campaigns — paid search, paid social, programmatic, creative production, landing page CRO and analytics — on behalf of brands. We are not a wellness application, medical device, fitness tracker or consumer health product. We are also not a software-as-a-service platform you subscribe to and log into for automated campaign management.

We do not guarantee return on investment, fixed lead counts, sales volumes, app installs at a specific cost, search rankings or revenue targets. Marketing outcomes depend on your product, pricing, creative quality, budget level, seasonality and competitive dynamics. We commit to professional execution, transparent reporting and recommendations grounded in your data — not inflated promises used to win pitches.

What is a pulse review and how much does it cost?

A pulse review is a structured 90-minute working session covering your current account health, creative fatigue, tracking setup and the top hypotheses worth testing. You receive a prioritised action list and indicative project or retainer scope in SGD. First pulse reviews for qualified prospects are complimentary when scheduled through our contact form; complex multi-market audits may be scoped as a paid diagnostic.

What does your sprint cadence look like?

We work in two-week sprints with a visible backlog: plan on Monday, build mid-sprint, launch before the second week ends, read results in the following pulse review. Retainer clients receive live dashboards and a written summary within one business day of each review. Project engagements follow the same rhythm but with a fixed end date and deliverable list agreed upfront.

Which industries do you serve?

We have delivered campaigns for fintech, retail e-commerce, B2B technology, professional services and regional consumer brands. We avoid categories that conflict with Singapore advertising standards or our internal ethics policy — including unregulated financial schemes and misleading health claims. Tell us your vertical in the enquiry form and we will confirm fit before scheduling.

Do you manage media spend directly?

Yes, when clients grant platform access. Media budgets are billed to your accounts or invoiced pass-through per your preference. We do not mark up platform spend beyond agreed management fees stated in SGD. You retain ownership of ad accounts and data.

Can you work with our in-house team or other agencies?

Absolutely. Many clients keep brand strategy or PR in-house while Pulse Vertex owns performance lanes. We integrate with your CRM, analytics and dev teams via shared boards and defined RACI charts. We also collaborate with creative agencies when modular ad production is better sourced externally — scope is clarified to prevent duplicate work.

Do you only work with Singapore companies?

Our studio is at Capital Tower on Robinson Road, but we support regional marketing teams across APAC with remote sprint ceremonies and timezone-aware reporting. Contracts are governed by Singapore law unless otherwise negotiated for specific regional entities.

What are typical retainer entry points?

Indicative agile media and reporting retainers begin around S$9,500 per month excluding ad spend, varying by channel count, creative volume and reporting complexity. Project scopes — such as a launch sprint or CRO programme — are quoted fixed-fee in SGD after the pulse review. We provide written estimates before any paid work begins.

How do you handle personal data from enquiry forms?

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, with consent, manage our business relationship. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). See our Privacy Policy for retention periods, your rights and how to withdraw consent.
