This Cookie Policy explains how Pulse Vertex Pte. Ltd. ("Pulse Vertex", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on pulsevertex.pro. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. By continuing to browse after making a choice in our cookie banner, you consent to cookies as described below.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites function, remember preferences and — when you agree — understand how visitors use pages. Similar technologies include local storage entries, session identifiers and pixel tags. On pulsevertex.pro we use browser local storage to record your cookie consent choice under the key pv_cookie_consent.

2. How we use cookies

We group cookies into two categories:

2.1 Essential cookies and storage

These are necessary for basic site operation and cannot be disabled via our banner without breaking functionality. They include:

• Consent record (pv_cookie_consent): stores your Accept, Reject or Customise choice and timestamp in local storage for six months so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
• Session and security cookies: may be set by our hosting infrastructure to maintain connection integrity, load balance traffic and protect forms from abuse.

Essential cookies do not require consent under common interpretations of Singapore guidance because they are strictly necessary for a service you request — viewing the site and submitting enquiries.

2.2 Analytics cookies (consent required)

With your permission via Accept all or Customise with analytics enabled, we may deploy analytics tools that measure aggregated traffic patterns — pages viewed, approximate geography derived from IP, device type and referral source. We use this information to improve content structure and page performance, not to profile you for advertising on third-party sites.

If you Reject all or save Customise without analytics, non-essential analytics cookies are not activated by our scripts. You may still see essential hosting logs on the server side as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Cookie banner choices

On first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page offers three options:

• Accept all: enables essential storage and analytics cookies.
• Reject all: enables essential storage only; analytics disabled.
• Customise: opens a panel where you can keep essential cookies and optionally enable analytics before saving.

Your selection is stored for six months. After expiry, the banner may appear again so you can refresh your choice. You can change preferences anytime by clearing site data in your browser or contacting us — though clearing data removes the consent record and will show the banner on next visit.

4. Third-party cookies

We minimise third-party cookies on pulsevertex.pro. If analytics providers are enabled with your consent, they may set their own cookies subject to their policies. We configure tools to reduce retention where settings allow. Embedded content from external platforms is avoided on this site to limit passive tracking.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through settings. Instructions vary:

• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data

Blocking all cookies may affect form behaviour and consent memory. Blocking only third-party cookies may still allow first-party essential storage.

6. Legal basis

We process cookie-related personal data under the PDPA based on consent for analytics and legitimate interests or contractual necessity for essential operation and security. See the Privacy Policy for retention and your rights of access, correction and withdrawal.

7. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change tools or legal requirements. The date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy unless you withdraw consent.
